Aware I inhale the destruction in the air
My pen writes instructions to be shared,
without the right ears my music seems impaired

I am a poet of frustration and desire
The only way I feel sensation is through fire
Real calm only impatient with the liars
I'm pacing embracing waiting to be higher

I am a lover who will ever love me?
Gotta get beat down to feel upbeat
I don't care I'm attracted to the ugly
It must be that beauty’s never learned to trust me

I'm grumpy feeling unlucky
Monthly it seems like someone’s there to hush me
I’ll never slip despite all the struggles
I might breakdown but I'll never ever crumble

I am a scholar what will I learn next?
Life’s about swimming right near a vortex
I hate to sleep and I secretly adore stress
Death knocks so hard I wake up with a sore chest

I’m motivated, failure doesn’t like me
Wisely I just want to make success Wifey,
But she’s pricey, always untimely
Mess with her psyche, being nice as I be

I’m just using my confusion as an outlet to poetic fusion
Who hears my screams in seclusion?
Who finds my pain so amusing?

I’m just cruising, to the music, hope when I find myself I lose it
Who sees me struggle with coolness?
Who finds my pain so amusing?

I’m obsessed. I think I’m finally losing it
I hear voices in my head
When I’m sleeping, I still here the music
I think about life, and I think about death

A voice in this primary battle
My lyrics are known to excite the feds
Stealing from the library of Babel
My words have made my wife Miss Read

Imaginary jungle, real words in them
I don’t care if I might be wrong
I think in lyrics, my soul likes to sing them
Just let me sing my own song

I don’t know where I’m going from here
I guess that’s what life’s about
Submit to patience and conquer my fears
Until I eliminate my doubt.
